Ugh. My sleeping has been disturbed. This does not please me. It's really kind of odd, though. I've been waking up at 4:30 am for the past few nights and lying awake until about 7:30 am, when I'm finally able to fall back to sleep. At this point it could be any number of things, maybe detox, parasites, or hormonal shifts, so I'm just going to sit tight until it either disappears, gets worse, or is cleared up by my yearly full body cleanse that's coming up in about a month. Every year I give the awesome Dr. Natura people a call and tell them to send me 2 months worth of the Colonix and Toxinout. I'm hoping to be able to order it before the free Vitamin D sale is off :)
Yesterday I ate:
Fruit salad with blueberries, bananas, pears, and oranges
Banana, spinach and date smoothie
Large salad of romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell pepper and tahini dressing
Getting back out there tomorrow morning for another run! Gotta find some new stuff for my iTouch playlist...
